THE STICKY CHICK has the right to refuse goods or services to anyone if they choose to do so. THE STICKY CHICK offers a 30-day warranty for any faulty products/files sent out to the customer. A simple conversation about the problems with your product, will result in a full replacement of said item, or a recreation of sorts. THE STICKY CHICK will NOT cover any damages to files or items caused by user error. THE STICKY CHICK holds proof of all of the quality of said products (unless stated otherwise prior) going out to each customer so there is no room for miscommunication between customer and supplier (THE STICKY CHICK). THE STICKY CHICK liability is limited to the order price.
